San Diego Skyline Redux

Just pulled this unfinished cloth piece out from under the bed.  The previous incarnation didn't exactly look right to me 'in person', but made a great photo:

I still want to make the ocean/bay more interesting and figure out how to display the whole thing which is about 40"x40".  Problem is I think I need the help of a creative framer - where to look?
